Founded in 1988 in Anaheim, California, CanFab emerged as a specialized curb manufacturing division within a family-owned HVAC contracting business. The rapid expansion of CanFab necessitated a relocation to a dedicated facility in Corona, California in 1989, at which time it became its own company.

By 1993, CanFab occupied a spacious 65,000-square-foot headquarters capable of accommodating up to 375 skilled metal fabrication workers across three shifts, tailored to meet varying product demands. Proudly affiliated with The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), CanFab stands as a comprehensive HVAC accessory manufacturer in the United States.
